Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor with Atlanta Truth. Our game days are more than football—they’re a full community experience. We welcome food vendors, small businesses, and creatives to apply and be part of the energy. Complete the application below to be considered for upcoming home games.

Vendor Fee

Vendor agrees to pay the following non-refundable vendor fee per game:

  • Food Trucks / Meal Vendors: $100 per game

  • All other vendors: $50 per game


Vendor payment must be received no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled game date in order to secure a vendor space.

Please provide a detailed list of all items you plan to sell or offer at your booth. This helps us avoid duplicate vendors and limit direct competition, ensuring a better experience for all participants.

Please upload up to 4 images showcasing your products. Be sure to include at least one photo of your booth setup.

ATLANTA TRUTH WOMEN'S FOOTBALL GAME DAY VENDOR & FOOD TRUCK AGREEMENT


This Agreement grants the Vendor permission to operate and sell approved products during Atlanta Truth Women's Football home games under the following terms and conditions.


1. Event Information

Venue: Central Gwinnett High School

Address: 564 W Crogan Street, Lawrenceville, GA 30046


Event Dates:

  • Saturday, May 2


Game Time: 7:00 PM

Vendor setup must be completed no later than 90 minutes prior to kickoff unless otherwise approved by the Organization.


2. Vendor Fee

Vendor agrees to pay the following non-refundable vendor fee per game:

  • Food Vendors / Food Trucks: $100 per game

  • Snack Vendors (pre-packaged or small snack items): $50 per game

  • All other vendors: $50.00 per game


Vendor payment must be received no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled game date in order to secure a vendor space.


Vendor fees must be paid in advance. Cash will not be accepted on game day and checks are not accepted. Failure to submit vendor payment by the required deadline may result in the vendor losing their reserved space.


3. Space Allocation

Atlanta Truth Women's Football will provide:


  • One (1) designated vendor space

  • Approximately 10x10 space for vendors

  • 20–30 ft space for food trucks


Vendors must provide their own:

  • Tent (if applicable)

  • Tables and chairs

  • Power source (if needed)

  • Trash containers


Vendor locations will be assigned by the Organization and may not be moved without approval.


4. Required Documentation

All vendors must submit the following documentation no later than seven (7) days prior to the event.


Documents must be emailed to the General Manager at gm@atltruth.com and staff@atltruth.com:

  • Certificate of Insurance (COI)

  • Business License or Business Permit

  • Menu of items being sold

  • Pricing list


For food vendors and food trucks, the following documents are non-negotiable and required:

  • Health Department Permit

  • Fire Safety Certification (if cooking equipment is used)


Failure to provide required documentation by the deadline may result in cancellation of the vendor space without refund.


5. Prohibited Sales

Because the event is held on school property, the following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Alcohol

  • Drugs or illegal substances


Any vendor found selling prohibited items will be immediately removed from the event and banned from future Atlanta Truth events without refund.


6. Sales & Transactions

Vendors are responsible for:

  • All sales transactions

  • Handling their own cash and electronic payments

  • Providing professional customer service

Atlanta Truth Women's Football will not process vendor sales or customer payments.


7. Cleanliness & Waste

Vendor agrees to:

  • Maintain a clean and professional vendor area

  • Properly dispose of trash and food waste

  • Leave the vendor space clean at the end of the event

Failure to properly clean the vendor area may affect participation in future events.


8. Setup & Breakdown

Vendor setup may begin 2–3 hours prior to kickoff unless otherwise directed.

Vendors must remain set up for the duration of the game and may begin breakdown only after the conclusion of the game and fan exit, unless approved by event staff.


9. Liability

Vendor agrees to assume full responsibility for:

  • Their staff

  • Equipment

  • Food preparation

  • Customer transactions


Atlanta Truth Women's Football, its staff, volunteers, and partners are not liable for any injury, damage, theft, or loss related to vendor participation.

Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Atlanta Truth Women's Football from any claims resulting from vendor operations.


10. Conduct

Atlanta Truth Women's Football events are family-friendly sporting events.

Vendors agree to:

  • Maintain professional conduct

  • Follow instructions from event staff

  • Avoid offensive or inappropriate behavior

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.


11. Cancellation

If a vendor cancels within 72 hours of the event, the vendor fee will not be refunded.


If the Organization cancels an event due to weather, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances, the vendor may receive:

  • Credit toward a future game, or

  • A refund at the Organization’s discretion.


12. Agreement

By signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this Vendor Agreement.
